聖詹姆斯庭院海灘度假村 (St.James Court Beach Resort)

Very old and average rooms.. Had to change the room the first day due to bed bugs.. 2nd evening there was no room service since there was another party going on. Breakfast was very ordinary.. Pool, lawn, beach access, location were good. The staff were courteous and helpful. Paid around 6.5k per night per room.. Definitely Not worth the money.

The Property is located at beach and can be rated excellent. The management of the property is average and the services are Poor.

Food service worst. We've to wait for an hour or have to beg them multiple times to serve the items we've ordered to our table. Taking much time to prepare the food also.

Parking - There is ample for almost 20 cars approx with shade Reception - They attend to you politely. Accomodative of your requests. Rooms - Not Good. I have lived in better lavish rooms that this for the amount they took. the walls are chipped, there are big huge size lizards in the room, the cot is not clean, there was a bathtub in the bathroom with no water input. Very basic room. when you chose a sea view, you get a sea view only if you take family room. normal couples room view is blocked by the trees. To be honest, they could charge lesser. Pool - The side tiles are shaking and very old. the pool tiles were chipping off and it hurts you when you walk in the pool Ocean - walkable, just outside the resort. however, not safe for women to sit alone. there are localities who sit and drink there and pass comments and stare. The beach is very very dirty. There are old men taking a dump and washing themselves right there. extremely dirty beach with no efforts by anyone to clean. The gate to beach closes by 7:30 pm for your own safety. It's not safe on this beach for any gender because of locals at night drinking on the beach etc. walk with slippers lot of broken alcohol bottles here. Staff - very polite, very courteous, good people. Food - The eggs were burnt. overall good food. View - it's good peaceful view from the resort. safe inside the resort for the kids. lot of lawn area for the kids to play. neatly managed property. overall the stay is good provided they make efforts to clean the beach and fix the old rooms

worst maintenance. There is no power as they have not paid EB. The whole place is running on Genset and frequently power cut. The swimming pool green color water because of motor not working through Genset. This issue has been for last few weeks has not updated and they still maintain star pricing which is worthless. pls do not book this resort or cancel immediately. The issue will not be resolved as i heard from the management. The breakfast was not available even at 9.30am and the restaurant are pathetic. pls check the images attached. The respons from the manager was unprofessional. Do not go by the picture those were taken many years back. This resort is not even worth for 1000 rupees. not supportive in these issues as i have raised the concern as soon as i checked in but no solution as of now.

Hotel ambience was good, breakfast was good. Room spray should be used.

This resort has swimming pool , big lawn, comfortable car parking. Every room was faced towards sea with the balcony, stay was pleasant . rooms are clean and good . but the complimentary breakfast needs to be improved . the rooms doesn't have the telephone to call for facilities which lacks for emergency contacts . But can be improved, and still liked the stay . One of the best private resorts around this area .
